Many templates are designed to be flexible and can be used for a wide variety of sites. One template may have features that can be turned on or off depending on the type of site. This allows site owners to use the power of a template quickly and easily.
Upload and Install: Once you have the template on your computer, the next step is to upload it to your website. You can do this manually by logging onto your Joomla hosting account's Control Panel (from where you usually manage files, emails, check websites stats, etc. You get the point! ) You will then go the (from where you manage the files on your website), navigate to the directory where you installed Joomla, click on the folder where the Joomla templates are stored and upload the new Joomla template to the same folder.
